Vans Fall 2009 Releases

Here are the first pictures of the Vans denim pack being released later this year. They consist of the Era and Half Cab. Make up your own minds!




As they are still quite a way off from release, I currently don't have any details as to exactly when and where they will drop. As soon as I do, you'll be the first to know.

Jordan III Retro True Blues

This is one of the most awaited sneaker drops of the year. When? Where? How Much? Nobody knows, yet!

Vans Parra @ 50-50 Bristol

Vans has teamed with Dutch artist Parra to bring you three of the hottest sneakers so far this year.

The pack consists of three sneakers the Chukka, the Era and the Sk8 Hi. All three feature trademark Parra colors and graphics. With the message, "Don't forget to actually skate in these" scribbled on the insole.

Air Jordan 1 DMP 60+ Pack

These sneakers celebrate MJ's 1986 legendary achievement of scoring a playoff-record 63 points against the Celtics.

As you can see, this unbelievable pack consists of two Air Jordan 1 Retro High models, one in a classic Black/Varsity Red Chicago Bulls colorway and the other in a White/Black/Green version to rep the Boston Celtics.

Both pairs come in one collector’s box that features a wood floor design that represents the parquet floors of the old Boston Garden where this historic performance took place.

Air Max 1 Pernambucano

These sneakers are beautiful! Originally released as the Air Max1 'Lanceiro' and created in a collaboration between sneaker website SneakersBR x Nike.

This limited edition sneaker came in an exclusive wooden box filled with some great extras!



For the rest of us mere mortals, who were unable to get our paws on the limited edition pack, the people at Nike Sportswear have released them in a QS version today, known as the Pernambucano.

The upper on this sneaker is made up of suede, mesh and treated leather. In what I can only describe as one of the most amazing colorways ever to grace the MAX 1.

The Swoosh blends from beige into the blue which takes up the majority of the heel area. The sole is splattered with beige pattern and the underside has been made completely clear.

The back of the sneaker is emblazoned with the phrase "Esta Manis No Mesmo Lugar", which translates into “one step ahead and you are no longer in the same place”. Which in my opinion completes this beautiful sneaker.

Sadly they do not come with the extras that graced the 'Lanceiro' pack. But they are just as beautiful and hard to come by in the UK. As of yet I cannot find a retailer stocking these, but I'm gonna keep my eyes pealed and as soon as I hear some news, I'll let you guys know.
